PROJECT SPECIFICS

ELEVATOR PITCH

"In a shattered world of post-civilization collapse, the Sahari People, descendants of the Palestinians, led by Aisha, face the ruthless Mahatari Clan.

To ensure survival, Aisha embarks on a perilous journey to secure the blessing of the Mighty Giant. It's a tale of survival, legacy, and hope."

GOAL

Design an expansive desert landscape with a central hub area to facilitate large-scale movement and exploration. Create compelling reasons for players to revisit the hub multiple times, ensuring that it serves as a focal point for the gaming experience.

Additionally, include two standalone points of interest (POIs) within the environment, each meticulously designed to enhance immersion and engagement.

DESIGN FOCUS

I aimed to create an immersive desert landscape blending survival, exploration, and strategic game play. Drawing from the fractured world of post-apocalyptic clans, my focus was on delivering a captivating experience that seamlessly integrates these elements.

The level offers dynamic gameplay with resource gathering, sandstorms, and crafting. Players navigate the desert with agility and combat skills, mastering sand dune traversal and pick-up driving.

The level unfolds in the vast desert dunes of the Sahari Clan and the treacherous outlaw lands of the Matahari tribe. The atmosphere is tense, with the constant threat of sandstorms and the territorial disputes between clans. The sacred temple is a hidden oasis, shrouded in mystery.
